About Nicole Donaghy

Born and raised in Lexington County, Nicole is a true native of the area. She feels privileged to make a living selling the area that she loves! Lexington and Richland Counties are her specialties, as she knows these counties like the back of her hand. Nicole's real estate career began as a hobby, but quickly grew into a career and took a life of its own as she learned she had a special place in her heart for helping people handle their one of their largest investments! What sets her apart from other agents is her extensive knowledge of South Carolina, and of the technology that can be leveraged to help sell homes. Nicole credits her clients for helping grow her business out of sheer hard work and many referrals. She has never forgotten her first set of clients, and as a relatively young adult, wants to sell her clients several homes over their lifetimes, and take care of their family and friends, as well! She finds it truly humbling to have built her business with little self-promotion and lots of word of mouth referrals. When it comes to promotion, Nicole focuses solely on the properties she lists and sells, and she does not hold back. Her marketing plan has been proven again and again over career, even as trends have changed and she has made updates and improvements to it to stay ahead of the market. And for her buyers, she does not stop until she finds the home that's not just "okay" but "just right." In Nicole's time away from work, she is completely and happily absorbed by her lively young family and pack of rescue dogs. She makes time for volunteering in the children's and youth ministry, and mission house at her church, as well as her children's schools by coaching and planning events. Her hobbies include reading, rescuing dogs, bargain-hunting (both in and outside of real estate!), and exercising, whether that means yoga or running after the kids and dogs! In reality, she spends much of her "free" time playing Legos and catching a baseball.
